Authenticity of Products
Absolutely, in fact, our business model is centered on providing only genuine cosmetics. All products on Diyasha.com are sourced directly from the brand itself; we do not deal with any middlemen or third-party sellers. This ensures that every item you purchase is authentic and comes straight from the source, giving you peace of mind about the quality and origin of the products.
When you order a brand's product on Diyasha, we guarantee that the product is sourced directly from the brand itself. However, the responsibility for the quality of the product lies with the brand. We ensure authenticity, but the brand ensures quality.
Shopping
Diyasha only offers products that are authentic and sourced directly from the brands we partner with. We uphold the warranty terms provided by each manufacturer or brand. Beauty products generally have a shelf life between 8 months and 3 years, depending on the product. You can find the exact shelf life for your purchase in the Product Details section on the product page.
At the moment, Diyasha only offers delivery within India. While we would love to expand our services internationally in the future, we currently do not ship outside of India.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status through our website or the courier's tracking page.
Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location and order value. You can view the applicable shipping fees at checkout before confirming your order.
Payments
Diyasha offers several secure payment options for your convenience, including:

- Cash on Delivery
- Credit/Debit Card
- Netbanking
- UPI/Wallet/Phonepe/Paytm

You can select your preferred payment method on the payment page while placing your order.
Currently, we are accepting Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for amounts up to INR 5000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand). This means that you can place an order and pay in cash when the products are delivered, as long as the total value of your order does not exceed this limit.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, when you request a return, you’ll asked to provide your bank details. Once we receive your bank account information, the refund will be credited directly to your account. If your order was paid using a different payment method, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
Currently, Diyasha.com does not support using multiple payment methods for a single order. You will need to choose one payment method at checkout. If you have any specific payment needs or questions, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Returns and Refunds
Diyasha's return policy allows you to return products within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For more details and to initiate a return, please refer to our Returns Policy on the website.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the item to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
No, you will not be charged for return shipping. We will arrange for our executive to pick up the return item from your location at no cost to you.

While you can shop as a guest, creating an account on Diyasha is highly recommended for a faster and more convenient shopping experience. By setting up an account, your name, address, and contact information will be saved, making future orders quicker to place.
