Seller Terms and Fees Summary


Welcome to Diyasha.com! As a beauty and cosmetics marketplace, we value our sellers and strive for transparency and fairness. Here’s a quick guide to our seller terms and fees:


Registration and Onboarding

Fee: Always Free

Process: Contact us using the info at the bottom or click here for the onboarding form. We’ll then perform a quick brand verification to confirm you’re an authorized brand owner or representative.

You will be provided seller login to manage your products, orders, and more.


Commission Structure

Flat 15% on products below ₹5,000 + 18% GST on 15% Commission

Flat 12% on products above ₹5,000 + 18% GST on 12% Commission

For example if your product price is ₹100.
Commision 15% = ₹15 and 18% GST on commission= ₹2.7
100 -15 -2.7 = 82.3
₹82.3 is the final amount we will transfer you.


Logistics, Shipping and Returns

We manage all aspects of shipping, returns, COD, refunds and cancellations within the flat 15% fee mentioned above. There are no additional or hidden charges.

Once you receive an order through us, pack the product and hand it to our pickup agent, who will arrive at your warehouse the next day.
