At Diyasha.com, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by partnering with trusted logistics providers to deliver your beauty products across India. Our goal is to ensure timely and hassle-free deliveries.


2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.


3. Delivery Timelines

We deliver to all locations across India within 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary slightly based on external factors.


4. Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery, our logistics partner will attempt to deliver up to three times. After three failed attempts, your order may be cancelled and returned to us. Any shipping fees will be non-refundable in such cases.


5. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied. Please refer to the checkout page for the current shipping fee.


6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues. We will notify you in case of significant delays.


7. Tracking Orders

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery status in real time through our logistics partner’s website.


8. Returns and Exchanges

In case of returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. We will arrange a pickup through our reverse-logistics partner for eligible returns.
